This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how phpun ("we", "us", "phpun", or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data relating to individuals ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who access or use the phpun platform at phpun.one, including all related services, games, and features.

Service Providers

phpun shares personal data with third-party service providers who process data on phpun's behalf for the purposes described in this Policy. These include identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, Maya, Philippine banking partners), game technology providers, cloud hosting providers, customer support platforms, and fraud prevention services. All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable Philippine law.

Regulatory & Legal Disclosure

phpun may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other competent regulatory bodies where required to do so by applicable Philippine law or by a valid legal process such as a court order or government directive.

phpun uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on phpun.one to operate the platform, maintain your logged-in session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the phpun platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in during your visit. These cookies cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings (e.g., language, game lobby view). Disabling these may affect your phpun experience.
• Analytics cookies: Used by phpun to understand how players use the platform, identify technical issues, and improve platform performance. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

10. Data Retention

• Account and identity data is retained for the duration of your active phpun account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, consistent with PAGCOR record-keeping and AMLC anti-money laundering requirements.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, in accordance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Customer support communications are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following resolution of the relevant interaction.
• Technical and log data is retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud investigation purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, phpun will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data deletion procedures.

11. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phpun:

12. Children's Privacy — 21+ Platform

The phpun platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for casino-style online gambling. phpun does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If phpun becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual who is under 21, it will immediately close the associated account, void all transactions, return any verified Real Money Funds to the depositing payment method, and delete the personal data collected in relation to that account.

13. International Data Transfers

phpun's primary operations and data processing infrastructure are based in or closely associated with the Philippine jurisdiction. Where phpun engages service providers or technology partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game studio technology partners — phpun ensures that appropriate data transfer safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

phpun does not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that the National Privacy Commission has determined to provide inadequate data protection without implementing appropriate additional safeguards.

14. Changes to This Policy

phpun reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the phpun platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the updated Policy takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever a material change is made. Your continued use of the phpun platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
